PAVE PARADISE
Athens, Greece. The city council announces the reconstruction of a rundown district, hosting the oldest square of the capital. Within months, tensions between inhabitants and authorities erupt, leading to violent incidents in the area. Filmed on a compact camera, the director follows three residents, who walk through the area’s stream of consciousness, threatened by the shadow of redevelopment.
